Welcome to the Gisborne Cosmopolitan Club  situated on the sunny East Coast on the North Island, New Zealand.  Known for it's excellent weather and beautiful beaches, Gisborne is the City of firsts.  First City in the world to see the Sun, First landing place of the migrational waka Horouta, First landing place of the European explorer Capt James Cook on October 7th 1769. 

DURING AUGUST 2004 WE CELEBRATE 100 YEARS SINCE THE FIRST DRINK IN AN OLD SHED.  Over the years membership has also increased with age, pretty much like a fine wine everything just gets better with age.
